I am an Agricultural Engineer (2010-2014) from the Universidad Católica Ntra. Sra. de la Asunción (Paraguay), during my graduation studies I have worked with the identification and management of pests of Acrocomia aculeata (Arecaceae). I am M.Sc. in Plant Protection (2018-2019) from the Universidad Autonoma Chapingo (Mexico), during the master’s degree period I studied the behavior of Melanaphis sacchari (Aphididae) in conditions of nutritional imbalance in the sorghum crop. I am currently a Ph.D. student at the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Entomologia – UFV, where I will be investigating the state of resistance of Euschistus heros (Hemiptera, Pentamidae) (Fabricius, 1798) to competitive modulators of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) with a molecular approach in the soybean region of Paraguay.
